	Notes: Sometimes the instructions created by perl's MakeMaker module (run by the perl
Makefile.PL command) doesn't get everything right.  In this case it looks like
either you specified a man path that did not exist or that had different
privileges than you expected.  In any case, it is a harmless error message and
occurs at the end of many package installations, and is not specific to bioperl.
