You didn't look far enough up the chain: can() and isa() are methods that
every module that inherits UNIVERSAL gets (i.e. all of them). Sometimes
you might want to make sure something is a bug before you post it as a
bug. If you have a question about a line of code, or it doesn't make
sense to you, that doesn't necessarily mean it's wrong. You might
consider posting a note to the guts list about it before entering it into
Jitterbug
