Bioperl-guts: SeqIO can't write mulitple sequences in GCG format

The following fragment of code

my $in = Bio::SeqIO->new(-file => "fasta.seqs", -format => "Fasta");
my $out = Bio::SeqIO->new(-file => ">gcg.seqs", -format => "GCG");
while (my $seq = $in->next_seq() ) {
	$out->write_seq($seq);
}

gives problems if 'fasta.seqs' contains multiple sequences. The
resulting 'gcg.seqs' will contain multiple sequences which GCG (v10) can
not read. If you write every single sequence to a different file, there
is no problem.

I think this should at least be in the documentation. A warning from
Bio::SeqIO might even be nicer.
