Rob - it works for me - can you verify which version of bioperl you are running
- specifically which version of SearchIO::blast?

$perldoc -m Bio::SearchIO::blast | grep Id

If you have exact code which replicates the problem please attach it to the bug
report.  I ran blast on the web, downloaded the txt version of the report, and
ran a script against it - I am attaching an example script and report that work
for me so you can try on your system.
