An oversight I guess.  No one has tried to write HMMPFAM with it so I don't expect it to work since it 
doesn't have all the same information as BLAST. 

A patch in CVS now to allow it deal with HMMER output although don't expect the report to look perfect 
since a lot of the information that is seen in BLAST reports is not in the HMMER report.
