Recently, David Jeruzalmi alerted me to the fact that the parser I wrote 
for DSSP output fails on PDB input files that contain only ATOM lines. 
 I was previously unaware than one could even run DSSP on ATOM-line only 
PDB files.  In any case, I bolstered the parser so that it now deals 
with either type input and committed:
Bio::Structure::SecStr::DSSP::Res.pm
