[Bioperl-guts-l] bugzilla changes

With bugzilla 2.22 you can specify milestones (releases) - so I've  
named 1.6 and 1.7 as milestones - in our triaging of bugs we can  
start to assign bugs to milestones so that we have a tracked list of  
what needs to be fixed before release can be made.  I imagine this  
will complement but not replace what is going on in the wiki -- give  
it a try and of course use whichever system is more appropriate.
