See bug #2240 and attached patch.  Bio::Tools::Run::Genemark should pass along
the display_id() of whatever seq obj is passed to the run() method along to the
constructor of Bio::Tools::Genemark.  

Also, I corrected a minor glitch in the pod docs and testcase.
