The patches for LocatableSeq and HSPI employ the new mapping convention in
LocatableSeq. The test code + data run without exception or warn, and deliver
this output:

The length of AV928823.1 is not an integer--it says essentially that the length
is 83 aas + 2 bp. Not sure how deep this is.
