[Bioperl-guts-l] [Bug 2476] "Undefined sub-sequence" when processing tblastx output

The patches for LocatableSeq and HSPI employ the new mapping convention in
LocatableSeq. The test code + data run without exception or warn, and deliver
this output:

dbj|AV928823.1| 383     3.2e-39
dbj|AU197451.1| 374     1.9e-37
dbj|AU176547.1| 374     1.3e-36

The length of AV928823.1 is not an integer--it says essentially that the length
is 83 aas + 2 bp. Not sure how deep this is.
