[Bioperl-guts-l] [Bug 2336] bp_bioflat_index.pl and Bio::DB::Flat::BDB::fasta creates incorrect index

I believe I fixed this. Unfortunately I can't get the "perl -MBerkeleyDB..."
command to work but the strings inside the key_ACC file now show the correct
coordinates.
