The Bio::SearchIO::Writer::TextResultWriter does not start the output with the
Algorithm and Algorithm Version at the top of the Blast result. It starts with
the Reference section. This is a problem for the end user since that person
reading the output has no idea what algorithm (i.e. TBLASTX) was used to
generate the output.
