[Bioperl-l] Getting hit or subject length in BPlite

Error message:

Can't locate object method "length" via package

I managed to access it by hacking, ie I call 


But it seems a little bit of an oversight to store it and yet not
provide an accessor method?

Here's how to get the queryLength and the sbjct Length. Is this what
you're looking for?

while(my $sbjct = $report->nextSbjct) {
