[Bioperl-l] Does BioPerl like mpiBlast?

Are you saying would it be hard to parse BLAST from MPIBLAST -- no. It 
should already work with Bio::SearchIO.

Is it hard to run MPIBLAST from within bioperl - you could just write a 
simple wrapper module that looks a lot like StandAloneBlast (but
