Sopma.pm ISA Bio::WebAgent ISA LWP::UserAgent.
LWP::UserAgent does the actual HTTP work.

  my $sopma = Bio::Tools::Analysis::Protein::Sopma->new( ... );
  $sopma->env_proxy;  # tell LWP::UserAgent to use proxy env. vars.
