[Bioperl-l] Bug 1672 - accessing Biosql using OBDA

Hi Brian,

thanks, that's great! Your choice of name and locations sound good,  
OBDAAdaptor would (falsely) suggest that the module is the  
persistence adaptor for bioperl OBDA objects.
