[Bioperl-l] frac_aligned_query returning results >1.

Good to hear.  Sendu's fix unfortunately doesn't work for the bug  
Torsten posted in Bugzilla (which are BLASTP reports, I believe), but  
I'll try a clean update to see if it changes anything.
