[Bioperl-l] Modules to read MEGA output and reproduce the phylogenetic tree

MEGA can export trees in Newick format, which can be read by 
Bio::TreeIO. The tree can be drawn in EPS format using 
Bio::Tree::Draw::Cladogram. See:
